• Must take card you booked rooms with when you check in.
• £50 deposit per person, the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the event. Call the hotel on 01253 352 341 – press for EVENTS (not room bookings), ask for Jade or Martin. If the balance is not paid, the room may be cancelled and resold, with no deposit refund.
